General Information
  • Viva El Gonzo will take place from May 7th - 9th, 2026 at El Gonzo Sculpture Garden in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
  • The event is all ages, but you must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase.

    • Acre Resort, Hotel El Ganzo, Glamping, and Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa are adults-only 
  • International guests must have a valid passport for the duration of your stay in Mexico. 
  • Lineup and schedule are subject to change.
  • Re-entry is allowed at El Gonzo Sculpture Garden.
  • This is a cashless event with all major credit and debit cards accepted. Select vendors may also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Guest Dashboard

All lead guests will receive login details for their personal event Guest Dashboard in the months prior to the event. This is where lead guests can review package information and purchase add-ons such as adventures and beach club reservations.

Travel & Glamping Package Additional Details: The Guest Dashboard is also where additional guest and flight details are collected.  The name of the lead guest is submitted during the purchase process and cannot be changed. However, all additional guest names must be submitted within the Guest Dashboard by Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 to avoid fees. See FAQs and Terms & Conditions for details.

Traveling to Mexico

Once you have purchased a glamping or travel package, you can book your flight into Cabo and we’ll handle the rest! Whether you’re arriving at San José del Cabo International (SJD) or Cabo San Lucas International (CSL), you’ll be seamlessly transported to your accommodations.

Keep in mind that when traveling internationally, it’s important to plan ahead. We recommend allowing 2.5 to 4 hours for customs, shuttles, and event check-in. We also recommend flying into San José del Cabo International (SJD) as it is closer to the package properties. 

‍

All flight details will be collected within the Guest Dashboard. If flight details are not provided in advance before the cut off date of Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, you may need to use airport shuttle services on a standby basis.

‍

Please note: Airport shuttle transportation is only available between May 2-14, 2026. Additionally, transportation is only provided from the Cabo airports to your festival package accommodations. If you plan to stay elsewhere before or after your package dates, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation.

Traveling to Mexico

Once you have purchased a glamping or travel package, you can book your flight into Cabo and we’ll handle the rest! Whether you’re arriving at San José del Cabo International (SJD) or Cabo San Lucas International (CSL), you’ll be seamlessly transported to your accommodations.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. We collaborate closely with law enforcement and public safety agencies to maintain a secure environment for our events.

  • Searches will be conducted when you enter El Gonzo Sculpture Garden. Review the Prohibited Items list before arriving; any prohibited items will be confiscated by our staff, and you will need to either dispose of them or return them to your room.
  • If you or someone you know needs medical assistance, please find the nearest medical station or notify a staff member for help.
  • If you notice anything unusual or concerning, please don't hesitate to inform a staff member or Public Safety official. Your vigilance helps ensure everyone’s safety.
  • Drinking and driving don’t mix. Play it safe and have a designated driver if you are not utilizing a shuttle.

Accessible viewing areas will be available within the festival venue. Accessible viewing areas are for patrons with disabilities and one companion. The Main Stage offers a raised viewing platform, and all other stages offer a dedicated accessible viewing zone on a flat surface. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit a request within the Guest Dashboard if you are interested in utilizing these viewing areas.

Accessible parking will be available at the festival site.

Service animals will be allowed within the festival venue. Please contact your hotel directly to verify the service animal policy at the property.
